Thank you for shopping with SnazzyMerch. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@snazzymerch.co. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
